The annex is a self contained wing at one end of our rambling, wisteria covered 'shabby chic' property and a short walk across the terrace to the hot tub. A working farm and historic estate. Within easy reach of stunning Cornish beaches and Dartmoor, yet close to Plymouth City. The National Trust properties Buckland Abbey, Cothele and Saltram House are all under 10 miles away.

Self contained annex on Dartmoor National Park

We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

Sit & watch the sun go down on the balcony. This one bed apartment is in a quiet location yet close to all amenities, bus stops close by. Guests have their own entrance, sharing a communal hall. Perfectly located on the Bere peninsular just a few yards from the scenic Tavy river. An area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideal base for a relaxing break or to explore West Devon, Cornwall and Dartmoor. Bere Ferrers is also perfect for kayaking & paddle boarding . Post Office Cottage has been fully renovated and provides high quality luxurious accommodation in a beautiful peaceful, rural location. Just yards away The Old Plough Inn, a village pub serving real ales, cider & home cooked food.

Riverside cottage

The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Private apartment 1 mile from edge of city centre.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Situated in the South Hams close to the Ocean City of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor an area of outstanding Natural beauty. Note; Transport is essential we are not on a local bus route.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

April Cottage is located in Milton Combe (meaning 'middle valley') a quiet Devonian village dating back to 1249. An idyllic rural bolthole within a wooded valley located close to the Devon and Cornwall border, ideally situated to explore the whole of the Westcountry. 2 miles from Yelverton (local shops) and 8 miles from Plymouth. The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

Cedar Lodge - Stunning Dartmoor Views & Walks

Secluded moorland lodge set in the village of Shaugh Prior located on Dartmoor - just a stones throw from stunning Shaugh Bridge. The accommodation boasts views across Dartmoor and provides a well sized living space. The White Thorn pub is a five minute walk with live music and delicious food. Externally there is a secluded private patio fronting the lodge. The Lodge is ideal for walkers, bikers, a romantic getaway or as an alternative to a hotel for business travellers.

Dunstone Cottage

Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away. The aga adds a constant warm, cosy ambience to the cottage in the cooler months. The hot tub, right outside your back door, available 24/7 Dog secure garden with views.
