Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath, the other rec room with pool table and projector. This 200+ acre escape is nestled just 15+/- miles from both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
