TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Beautifully decorated featuring knotty pine interior with vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen & granite counters. 4 season sunroom features spacious dining area for family dinners. Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.
