Perfect for walkers, the village of Belstone is on the north edge of Dartmoor National Park, yet only 5 minutes from the A30. Sheep and ponies graze freely through the village, and as you walk past the excellent Tors Inn the moor opens up giving access to hiking, biking and horse riding activities. Once you have arrived in Belstone you can leave your car and simply enjoy the walks and outdoor pursuits Dartmoor has to offer. Okehampton with it's range of shops is an easy 10 minute drive away.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.
