Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn, with your own private entrance.. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
