The Studio at Woodfort Estate

Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

A converted pottery studio, ‘The Studio’ is a relaxing place to unwind, with the bedroom windows overlooking a pine forest and rural views from the lounge. Perfect for singles/couples (no children sorry) wanting to explore Cambridge, or make a base for day trips to all the surrounding areas – beaches, tourist attractions, cycling and more. We are a 20-25 min walk (5 min drive) to Cambridge town. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato and has a wonderful high street of shops, cafes and restaurants. Come explore or rest!

Rural farmhouse.

This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. Spend a couple of nights and visit the West Coast eg Kawhia with it's great fishing or dig your own hot pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room.
