Οι παροχές του σπιτιού, στις οποίες έχουν πρόσβαση οι επισκέπτες είναι οι εξής: -3 τηλεοράσεις. Ακόμη, ενημέρωση για το νησί μας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης που είναι χτισμένη από τον δέκατο πέμπτο αιώνα. Η θέση του είναι σε ένα από τα πολλά γραφικά σοκάκια της Κέρκυρας και η γειτονιά στην οποία βρίσκεται είναι πολύ φιλική. Στην γειτονιά αυτή βρίσκονται πολλά ιστορικά κέντρα, όπως: Τα ανάκτορα των Αγίων Μιχαήλ και Γαβριήλ, η αναγνωστική εταιρία, το Καποδιστριακό μέγαρο,η οργανωμένη παραλία με beach bar "Άγιος Νικόλαος",Το παλαιό φρούριο, τα διάσημα κτίρια του Λιστόν, η μεγαλύτερη πλατεία των Βαλκανίων Εσπιανάδα, το μουσείο ασιατικής τέχνης και πολλά άλλα.Ακόμη, κοντά στο σπίτι βρίσκονται πολλές γραφικές ταβέρνες,καφετέριες, αλλά και πολλά εμπορικά καταστήματα. Υπάρχουν από τις 7 το πρωί μέχρι και τα μεσάνυχτα συνεχή δρομολόγια αστικών λεωφορείων.Ακόμη υπάρχουν ταξί, αλλά και γραφεία ενοικιάσεως αυτοκινήτων και μοτοσυκλετών. Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει 2 καναπέδες οι οποίοι μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν ο ένας έναν ενήλικα και ο άλλος ένα παιδί

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).
