Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

Onze mooie finca ligt op een perceel van 17.000 m2 met uitzicht op de bergen in de gemeente Macastre op 10 minuten rijden van Buñol en 30 minuten rijden ten westen van het vliegveld van Valencia. Op ons terrein zijn een zwembad, tennis-/padelbaan, amandelboomgaard en verschillende fruitbomen aanwezig. Sinds juni 2019 zijn wij gestart. De kamer is nieuw en heeft een badkamer ensuite.
