We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Relax inside on the comfy sofa with Fire TV or on the back patio enjoying the quiet!

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler.
