Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Θα είναι μεγάλη μας χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο σπίτι μας. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

A three floors stone house, renting the whole top floor and car park next to the entrance. Since this house is built on the cliff, top floor is at the road level. Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. A fantastic position from which you can have an amazing panoramic view to the mountain, the village, the sea and the islands across. Ideal for relaxing or as a base for excursions around Peloponnese. Not far from beautiful beaches to visit!

Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Green & Blue Escape

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του γραφικού χωριού Πουλίθρων,σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά με μαγευτική θέα,2 χλμ από τα πεντακάθαρα νερά του Μυρτώου.Μέσα σε πλακόστρωτη αυλή με χώρο στάθμευσης και BBQ.Το μπλε της θάλασσας και το πράσινο του βουνού θα διεκδικούν κάθε στιγμή την ματιά σας. Τα βράδια του καλοκαιριού, εκεί σχεδόν πάντα είναι δροσερά λόγω του κατεβατού, όπως το λένε και οι ντόπιοι. Η βεράντα του διαμερίσματος ενδείκνυται για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης.

Πέτρινο σπίτι στα Πελετά

Το ‘Πέτρινο Σπίτι' στα Πελετά χτίστηκε το 1903 σε μια κεντρική αλλά αρκετά ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού. Το 2003 ανακαινίστηκε και έκτοτε λειτουργεί ως ένα καταφύγιο μακριά από την πόλη για την οικογένειά μας, τους φίλους και τους επισκέπτες μας. Συνδυάζοντας τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις με την ηρεμία και τη μοναδική φύση του Πάρνωνα, το ‘Πέτρινο Σπίτι’ αποτελεί ένα ιδανικό προορισμό για απομακρυσμένη εργασία, εξορμήσεις στη φύση και δραστηριότητες βουνού ―χειμώνα και καλοκαίρι.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
