Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

This is the 1st floor apartment of our beach front house in the former fisherman village, Klima. Get down the stairs and go for a swim. The apartment is ideal for families and friends who wish a peaceful and idyllic vacation by the sea. The apartment is fully equipped to cover all your needs. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The traditional house "Ianthini" is located in the village of Tripiti on Milos. It is ideal for a quiet vacation. It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture. There is a large terrace overlooking the entrance to the bay of Milos. The house is delivered clean. We will be happy to accommodate you.
