The apartment is quiet and peaceful, overlooking a small private green courtyard equipped for outdoor use. Please note, that the courtyard is located in an urban area, close to other buildings and activities Just 200 meters away, you’ll find the Saba secure parking facility at Corso Vittorio Veneto 11, open 24/7. La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori.
