Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

È composto da ingresso, salotto, due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina, due bagni e da un terrazzo attrezzato (70 mt) al livello della cucina, da cui si gode della vista del campanile e del quartiere antico.

Nella zona soggiorno sono stati ricavati un armadio cabina a muro e due ripostigli per i bagagli. La camera da letto matrimoniale è dotata di un camino a legna funzionante. Il bagno, dotato di ogni servizio, ha un’ampia doccia con punti luce dedicati. Dal living si accede al terrazzino esterno.
