The Gardeners Cottage was recently renovated to the highest standard to create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Featuring a sitting room with 55" tv, master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen/breakfast rm with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden.

Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor and features some beautiful original features. The Living Room is a wonderful spacious and light space and has floor to ceiling windows and original working shutters. It has a sofa & armchair as well as a dining space with table & chairs which can easily double up as a work space for guests who might need to work wile they are away. There is a feature fireplace with flame effect electric fire. We accept One Adult dog on request, not be left unattended.

The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.
