A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

One street back from the esplanade with an amazing garden. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with seperate toilet & bathroom. Many forms of heating & cooling-including a wood fireplace (wood provided at an additional cost). Fully enclosed yard with a reserve across the road keeping it private and peaceful. *Outdoor heated spa is an optional extra for $50/ night *fee added upon spa request

Fun for the whole family. Our family is excited to share this lovely holiday shack experience with you but we do ask that it is please treated with respect and left tidy. All linen and towels supplied. Pets are welcome but we do ask that they are kept outside and that you clean up after your furry friend.

You can feel like you’re in a semi rural location here, yet we are only 3km from the Port Lincoln foreshore and shopping precinct, and 7 min drive from the airport. The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Its walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, banks literally right in the heart of the main precinct, yet very private. TinyZen is located about 40 metres from main house. However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
