Visit the Blue Planet Aquarium or take a plunge in Kastrup Søbad. Netto and Lidl supermarkets are 5 minutes walk for any groceries you need.

Fantastisk stemningsfuld gammel klassisk villa med hyggelig og skovagtig have som sammen med huset skaber en helt særlig nostalgisk stemning. Huset ligger tæt på alt: lufthavn, metro, strand, havet, København centrum, indkøb, restauranter, caféer osv. Huset er et smørhul af en anden verden. 1. Sal har soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse med badekar, bruser og toilet og et stort værelse med to gode enkeltmandssenge. I et godt og tørt kælderværelse er der en ekstra seng som er 160 cm. bred.

Enjoy Copenhagen in this bright and charming house from 1910, completely renovated in 2016 and 2022. Outside we have a big and children friendly garden. Located just between the airport, the beach and central Copenhagen. With free parking and public bus right outside the door. We have a small cat, who will be at home during your stay, so we prefer people who will look after her with clean water. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle, but is mostly strolling around in the garden or sleeping.

Cozy house close to beach, nature, and the city

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located place. The nature reserve, Amager Common (Amager Fælled), is less than a kilometre away, you'll be at the brilliant Amager Beach after about 3 kilometres, and you'll reach Copenhagen City Centre in just 4 stops on the Metro. The small garden is permaculture in the making, so help yourself to all the edible plants or make yourself a bonfire. The cat "Pus" will keep you company and only needs a little food and attention.

Huset ligger 5 min. fra Ørestad station, hvor toget vil bringe dig til Københavns Hovedbanegård på 6 min og metroen til Kongens Nytorv på 10 min. Danmarks største shoppingcenter Fields ligger 5 min væk, med mere end 140 butikker, biograf, spisesteder m.m. Huset har et stort køkken med plads til hyggelige spisestunder (og legende børn), 3 værelser, 1 stue og have med terrasse og trampolin. Udlejes oftest weekender.

The villa is placed in an area with no trafic, 500 m to the Metro and only 5 km from Copenhagen Airport. Amager Beach Parx 6 km beaches is only 500 m away. The garden has several terasses, gas grill and an open fireplace for cosy evenings. Terasses will most likely be renovated in june.

Newly Build Modern Home Very Close to City Centre Our home was built in 2018 and has all the amenities of a modern home. Parking in private drive way, and very close to the metro (5 minutes walk). The house is in three stories with a basement, ground floor and 1st floor. The neighbourhood is amazing; it's close to the city centre (only 10-15 minutes on a bike or via the Metro) and close the Copenhagen's best beach, where you can take long walks or a swim in the ocean.
