We offer a comfortable and independent stay in a two-story house 50 meters from the beach, with 200 MB Wi-Fi, equipped for long stays and remote work. On the first level there is a garden with palm trees ideal for relaxing and a terrace with the outdoor dining area; on the second level there is air conditioning, a glass door that connects the interior with the exterior and a balcony with a view of the sea and garden.

Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.

Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).
