Only minutes from the charming villages of Montville and Palmwoods, a great range of eating options and just 20 minutes to beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches. The cottage is separate from our home and is your own while you stay. You will enjoy great access to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Seaview Gardens

Beach location with spectacular ocean views. A short stroll through your own private beach track, the beach is literally your backyard. This beautiful self-contained and very private suite has spectacular ocean views. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and chirping of birds from the rainforest retreat reserve. A short drive to renown eateries and bars of Sunshine Beach and only 10 minutes from Hastings Street in Noosa Heads. A private beach oasis that will leave guests wanting for more..

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

Freespirit is an eco hideaway hidden amidst the beautiful Mapleton National Park; a romantic and peaceful retreat where couples feel at one with nature. This nature inspired Eco house is designed to bring the outside in. Everything here is natural so escape and embrace the simplicity of life. Surrender to the tranquility and beauty of nature and relax. Freespirit Eco Hideaway is unfortunately not suitable for children.
