Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μια λειτουργική κουζίνα - τραπεζαρία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ένα άνετο σαλόνι που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο επιπλέον άτομα στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο στην αυλή. Στον πρώτο όροφο θα βρείτε το υπνοδωμάτιο που αποτελείται από ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μονό και ένα πολύ άνετο μπάνιο.

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!
