The second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, with an additional trundle bed underneath. The back porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Shore Thing 1 is a charming 2BR/2BA cottage on beautiful Taylorsville Lake in Taylorsville, KY. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway or outdoor adventure. Enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking nearby, with easy access to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, local wineries, antique shopping, and all the attractions of Louisville, just a short drive away.

Anchor Rental

As a big family of 4 kid and 8 grand-kids, we wanted a getaway cottage to run off too as a family. We would also like to share this family bonding experience with others. Cottage 59 is kid-friendly with a community playground off the back porch. The community pool is located up the road from our cottage. Our cottage can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with flat screen TV's in each bedroom.
