Μία παραδοσιακή Τζιώτικη κατοικία με εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο.Μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα ηλιόλουστη και δροσερή.Ήσυχη εναλλακτική τοποθεσία, προστατευόμενη από περιβαλλοντικές οργανώσεις.Φιλικοί άνθρωποι, στα γύρω σπίτια,οικογενειακό περιβάλλον.Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, οικογένειες (με παιδιά) και κατοικίδια.Δυνατότητα άμεσης επαφής με το φυσικό περιβάλλον και εξερεύνησης του.Σύντομη διαδρομή σε παραλίες.

The old stables in Pera Meria

The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. If you like nature, the view of the Aegean, serenity and privacy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the vacations you dream of and we hope you will love this place as much as we do. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a built-in sofa, a small kitchen and another bedroom with two single beds.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

It is located on an are of 4.500 sq. m. and it is 5.5 km far from the most popular beach of Spathi. It is situated 10 kilometers from the Korissia port following the destination to Kastriani. All rooms have full sea view.
