This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Easy access to I-25 and Netflix studios.

This modern southwest casita sits snuggly on our 1923 historic adobe property blending olde materials and modern amenities. Artist constructed; it brings a modern twist to your Albuquerque adventure. Casita is Spanish for little home, and this casita is entirely a home. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four.
