This charming 1920's cottage is full of character with high ceilings, decorative fireplace and combustion stove, 3 generous sized bedrooms, full family bathroom and en-suite and sunlit back deck. Jampot Cottage is located within walking distance to Laurel Bank Park, St Marys and Glennie Schools. Both the Toowoomba CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and Clifford Gardens shopping centre are also just a stones throw away. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry are provided as well as a dedicated work space.

Close to the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk to a warm, character filled hotel, and in close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, and Toowoomba's famous parks and gardens. "Luton House" is the ideal location to enjoy everything Toowoomba has to offer.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.
