Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Lakeside Lodges with Lake View and Balcony

The setting of Turtley is idyllic; located in the beautiful and varied area of Avonwick, South Hams the original Mill is set in six acres of grounds bordered by the River Glazebrook. We even have our own small lake complete with an island, perfect for sunny days and idle wandering. Perhaps surprisingly for such a picturesque location, Turtley Corn Mill is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the A38 making it easily accessible from all directions. Turtley is a totally non-smoking site.

Modern, light, self-catering space in the village of South Brent, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Views of the garden & Moors. Secure cycle storage. Good public transport links, stunning walks & cycle routes. We are passionate about the environment and try to use eco-products where possible. We offer reflexology treatments (extra cost applied). We are 15 mins from Totnes & 30 mins from South Devon's glorious beaches. Ideal for a rural getaway with good amenities in the village.

The Annexe

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The Guest Wing forms part of our medieval house nestled in an idyllic hamlet within Dartmoor National Park. Guests have exclusive use of this wing of the house where historic beauty is sensitively combined with 21st Century modern luxuries. The perfect place to escape. Walk out of the door and up the lane onto the open moors, curl up by the fire with a favourite book or luxuriate in bed watching a movie.

Dunstone Cottage
