Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Outside are two private decked areas, the larger lower deck has a Mediterranean feel and overlooks the communal gardens & fields beyond, equipped with outdoor furniture 7 a chimnea where guests can use their own portable BBQs.

It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

"The Bothy" is a cosy loft room with ensuite. It is perfect for a short getaway for those who enjoy the outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
