What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. Newly remodeled 1950s Farmhouse, Complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bath. The perfect getaway from the City that comfortably sleeps 5 guest. Amazing view from the large covered back porch with access to 6 acres. Large tile shower in the master bedroom & deep soaking tub in the guest bath. All new appliances & access to washer/dryer. Enjoy all seasons on the covered porch with outdoor furniture and TV. Only 5 min from Howe Farms Venue & 22 min from Chatt airport. House does sit on a busy highway!

From the large, shaded front porch to the back, screened in porch there are so many opportunities to relax and enjoy peaceful living both in and outdoors. King sized bed in the Master, two twins in the second bedroom, a sectional sofa and blow up mattress available. Easy and beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and 10 min walk to Pine Harbor Marina + Steve’s Landing lake side food.

You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping.
