Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Ολυμπίας και κοντά στον Αρχαιολογικό χώρο σε απόσταση βαδίσματος. Άνετο παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά απο το διαμέρισμα. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για παρασκευή γευμάτων.

Αυτό το ελκυστικό και άνετο σπίτι σας υποδέχεται με τον ευρύχωρο ανοικτό χώρο του σαλονιού και της κουζίνας του. Πέρα από τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια που προσφέρει. Η δομή του κτηρίου είναι τέτοια ώστε να επιτρέπει στους επισκέπτες του μια εκπληκτική θέα πάνω από την κοιλάδα του ποταμού Άλφιο, και κάποιες μέρες υπάρχει και η ευκαιρία να ρίξουν μια ματιά στην αστραφτερή θάλασσα πίσω από τους μακρινούς λόφους.

Οι σουίτες Memorias κατασκευάστηκαν και διακοσμήθηκαν με ξύλινα και κεραμικά προϊόντα σε μια προσπάθεια να προωθήσουν τον οικολογικό τρόπο ζωής αλλά και να κάνουν τους επισκέπτες να νιώσουν πιο κοντά στη γη. Περιτριγυρισμένοι από ένα εκπληκτικό τοπίο, με θέα τη θάλλασσα αλλά και τα ελαιόδεντρα, στο συγκρότημα μας οι επισκέπτες θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να συνδεθούν με τη φύση.
