This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

Savor every meal on the extensive deck overlooking the lake and watch spectacular sunrises from the colorful living room while sipping your morning coffee. Elephant butte lake is 3 miles north. And 2 miles south is downtown TorC with 13 hot springs. NOTE: Like all rivers in New Mexico the rivers water flow runs low in the fall, winter & early spring.

Relaxing, quiet, private studio with a tall wood ceiling, solar skylights, 100mps WiFi, shared yard, patio. Dark skies. The entrance is in a courtyard away from the road and shaded by trees. Next door is my sister's BnB, the Black Range Lodge, where you can reserve a hearty breakfast for $10. Consider some therapeutic bodywork during your stay. My studio is steps away in the same courtyard. For safety I run a HEPA air purifier between guests.
