Το κατάλυμα Sea & Sand βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, έναν γραφικό παραλιακό οικισμό στο βορειότερο σημείο του νησιού. Αποτελείται από δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια, με μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα μπάνιο και ένα WC. Διαθέτει αυλή κυριολεκτικά μπροστά στη θάλασσα, που το καθιστά ιδανική επιλογή για την φιλοξενία οικογένειας με παιδιά. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει ένα εστιατόριο μια ψαροταβέρνα, καθώς και παντοπωλείο για την προμήθεια όλων των απαραίτητων ειδών που θα χρειαστούν κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής.

Σπίτι στο ήσυχο παραδοσιακό ψαροχώρι του Φάρου, πάνω στην όμορφη παραλία του Γλυφού. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 1 διπλό κι 1 μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ υπάρχει δυνατότητα για προσθήκη πτυσσόμενου μονού κρεβατιού. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δύο μονοί χτιστοί καναπέδες-κρεβάτια, ενώ το πτυσσόμενο κρεβάτι μπορεί να προστεθεί εναλλακτικά στο σαλόνι. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει πλυντήριο ρούχων. Εκτός από την ευρύχωρη βεράντα, όλοι οι χώροι προσφέρουν μαγευτική θέα στην παραλία.

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
