My house is a 11sqm stone built house which is on the top of the mountain with view to all the Aegean sea and very quiet. The house has one room with a stoned semi-double bed (1.28x1.97),a small kitchen with a refrigerator for the morning coffee, meal,TV,A/C, a wc and a big wardrobe. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 4-6 days. The house is 4 minutes walk from the center of Chora, which is the capital of the island, walking up the traditional stone steps. The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
