The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Χτισμένο σε μια φυσική κοιλάδα, το ακρωτήρι δείχνει σε μια παρθένα αμμώδη παραλία στα δυτικά και εκπληκτικούς αμφιθεατρικούς φυσικούς βράχους και κολπίσκους στα ανατολικά. Το σπίτι είναι πετρόχτιστο στο ανεπιτήδευτο πνεύμα του νησιού και με τη σφραγίδα της αρχιτεκτονικής άποψης του ιδιοκτήτη. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που θέλουν να ξεφύγουν από τα συνηθισμένα.

Βρισκόμαστε στην Ανατολική πλευρά της Κύθνου. Ο χώρος μας διαθέτει εκπληκτική θέα από ευρύχωρη βεράντα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου καθώς και πρόσβαση σε παραλία για μπάνιο με τα πόδια. Η παραλία απέχει 80 μέτρα από το κατάλυμα και θα φτάσετε σε αυτήν σε λίγα λεπτά αφού ακολουθήσετε ένα μονοπάτι και τσιμεντένια σκαλιά για την κάθοδο σε αυτήν. Η παραλία είναι μη οργανωμένη, συνήθως δεν έχει καθόλου κόσμο και θα σας δώσει ακόμα και τον Αύγουστο την αίσθηση ιδιωτικής παραλίας.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos 1890 cliff house

Serifos 1890- an artistic cliff house in Chora Our house is one of the oldest castle houses located at the heart of Chora. Built approximately around 1900, it is located 20 steps away from Agios Athanasios church, the Metropolis church of Chora, in Serifos. It was fully renovated in 2019, taking into great consideration and respect all of the Greek traditional elements that were present in our residency. The residency is approximately 60m2 in one level.
