E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. Villa Gaetano is a splendid bright property overlooking the sea, it accommodates 5 persons, has recently been renovated and boasts all creature comforts. The villa is located in a perfect location just a few steps to restaurants, grocery and bus stop. It is equipped whit air-conditioning, free wi-fi, large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living room. The large garden, which looks into the gulf of Salerno and offers a fascinating view of the sea and the Amalfi coast.

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

Villa Wanda, casa panoramica vista mare finemente arredata a livello stradale

Villa Wanda è di 100 metri quadrati . Dispone di un bel terrazzo privato ed attrezzato all'ingresso con vista sul mare, un soggiorno-pranzo con cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, due bagni. La villa è facilmente accessibile. Arredi di lusso e tutti i comfort moderni a tua disposizione con wi-fi, aria condizionata e molto altro! La villa è facilmente raggiungibile dal livello stradale. Nessuno scalino per raggiungere la casa!

Uno spazioso appartamento ristrutturato l’ultima volta nel 2023, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Una casa incastonata tra le caratteristiche scale costiere. L’appartamento gode di una bellissima terrazza vista mare. Casa Elisabetta è arredata con pezzi unici. Le piastrelle blu vietresi, gli applique di ceramica fatti a mano e i mobili antichi rendono Casa Elisabetta la location ideale per vivere un’esperienza autentica.

Smeraldo Holiday House is suspended between the blue sky of the Conca dei Marini’s cape and the green of the Mediterranean lush that surrounds this place. It’s the ideal solution for a family or a group of friends traveling together. It features two double bedrooms (one of these can be a twin room), two bathrooms with a shower, a spacious living room with a panoramic kitchen and a terrace with views to die for.

My accommodation is close to the beach and to Amalfi center(500 mt). It is suitable for couples but not for families with children. You can reach the accommodation either by public lift, which is open from 7.30 am to midnight, or by stairs (98 steps). The lift may not work due to faults beyond our responsibility. From the large terrace you can enjoy the suggestive view of the Amalfi Coast.
