My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

It is walking distance to The Hangout, Sea and Suds, Picnic, The Diner, and the tourist shops. There is also fresh market all within walking distance.

Turquoise Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage. Experience a clean, comfortable getaway minutes from downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach. We treat our guests like family and make sure you have everything you need to experience a fantastic stay. We are always updating to ensure our guests have the best experience. Backyard oasis on a deep water creek. If you are coming for travel ball, love kayaking and/or just hanging out right on the water, you will appreciate this special hideaway. A fisherman’s/nature lovers dream and truly unique rental experience at this creekside cottage with water frontage on deepwater Hammock Creek. Close to the beach but out of the congestion. We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.
