Com base na história associada ao negócio de peles dos primeiros donos da casa, foram criadas 4 Villas cujos nomes foram inspirados em temas relativos à arte dos curtumes de peles.

Este alojamento, com 4 quartos, está inserido num espaço rural, tendo uma vista privilegiada para a Serra da Estrela, situando-se junto à entrada de Seia. Este espaço permite visualizar paisagens únicas, destacando, na envolvente, as vinhas da região, podendo ser agendadas visitas a quintas de modo a ter uma ideia de como se produz o vinho da Região Demarcada do Dão. aconselhamos também a gastronomia da região, podendo saborear produtos típicos como o Queijo da Serra da Estrela e o requeijão.

It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

A casa das andorinhas fica no centro da aldeia da Folgosa da Madalena, perto da cidade de Seia. Ideal para famílias que pretendam visitar a Serra da Estrela, a casa em open space, dispõe de cozinha/sala com sofá cama e no piso superior quarto c/ cama de casal e Wc. A cozinha está equipada para realizar refeições. Podem desfrutar dos vários percursos pedestres, da estância de ski no inverno e no verão das várias praias fluviais que ficam a poucos minutos de carro da casa das andorinhas.

The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.
