La camera 1 è una tripla con bagno condiviso (solamente con un'altra camera) e può ospitare massimo 3 persone. La struttura è recintata e dotata di parcheggio privato. Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia. Il giorno di arrivo verrà richiesta l'imposta di soggiorno pari a €1,40 a notte per persona.
