Απέχει περίπου 20 λεπτά από το Αργοστόλι ενώ σε απόσταση αναπνοής περνά το τοπικό λεωφορείο που συνδέει τα Λουρδάτα με άλλες, δημοφιλείς περιοχές της Κεφαλονιάς.

The harmonious combination of traditional and modern design, as well as the stunning sea view, aspires to authentic pleasure. The Sami gulf and the mythical Ithaca island shape one of the most inspiring views of Cephalonia, especially at sunrise.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
