From our home you will stroll into the medieval market Square through Fisherton Street which is packed with lots of unique and independent shops, restaurants and bars as well as the Fisherton Mill art gallery.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

River View is a modern, peaceful studio just a 2 minute drive from Salisbury Station and a 25 minute level walk from the city centre. It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
