On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Sailor's Return is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Mevagissey and less than a minute's walk to the harbour. There are 2 king size beds situated on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility. There is a kitchen, separate dining room, 1 bathroom, outside secure courtyard with dining area. 1 free parking. Dog friendly

⭐️Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with terrace on cliff edge

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Traditional Cornish farmhouse with private garden and patio situated in a beautiful AONB valley and 2 miles from sandy Pentewan Beach. Direct bridlepath access for local walks and connecting to the Pentewan Valley Trail - great for cycling and walking. The fishing village of Mevagissey is 3 miles away with a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)
