Apartment center Schiedam

Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

The apartment is perfect for a long term stay. Depending on availability, garage parking can be booked at an additional cost.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Gebouwd als een pakhuis in 1600, is het nu een zeer ruim appartement op de begane (85 m²), midden in het historisch centrum. Het heeft een woonkamer, eethoek, kitchenette, badkamer en semi seperate slaapkamer. Het appartement heeft een eigen voordeur. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. Located on the border between Loosdrecht and Hilversum you get to enjoy a lovely cabin in the green foresty area. the place is perfect for a family holiday, a couple's romantic getaway or a friends weekend in nature. The house is designed perfectly with big windows that brings all the green feeling inside and allow you to enjoy and relax in nature.
