Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Nera Etwa House is a charming 100-year-old stone 3 bedroom house, a HEATED infinity saltwater swimming pool+ jacuzzi on the southern Croatian coast. An 8 min drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it's a perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.
