This home sits right on the water and has its own private boat dock that is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing or just laying out! This home sits on a quiet arm of the lake so you don’t have to worry about the big boat traffic, yet it is close enough to take your boat to the bars and restaurants on the waters edge!

You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.
