The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

Entire bungalow — 5 minutes walk to the moors!

Our recently refurbished bungalow is within 5 minutes walk of Whitchurch Down and the vast expanse of Dartmoor. We are a 20-minute walk into Tavistock or 5 minutes by bus/car. There's a dog shower so should your best friend get muddy whilst on the moor, it is easy to get them clean! There is fast broadband available and smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom. There is a local pub and village shop within 5 minutes walk.
