My home is a two hundred year old farmhouse with river views, surronded by fields and close to local attractions. Breakfast included. Try eating at the Quarryman or Molesworth pubs, a longish walk or drive My house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families children and babies. Dogs are welcome. This is bed and breakfast accommodation and is my home. Usually you have use of a sitting room and garden. Guests only share facilities with their own party.

Set in a cul de sac with local amenities on the doorstep and in close proximity to train line. A ten minute walk/two minute drive to the picturesque locations of Charlestown and the golden sands of Carlyon Bay. Both beach locations offer live music, food and beverages, during the summer months. Beautiful villages of Mevagissey, Fowey and Polkerris are 15 minutes drive with Truro 20 minutes. Also a central location for the Eden project. Buses and St Austell train station are easily accessible.

It is 15 mins from the market towns of Tavistock and Launceston, 30 mins from wild Dartmoor and 40 mins from the rugged Cornish coast and beaches. Guests can wander freely in the farm, in woods and country lanes and enjoy the garden. "Double Room in Dreamy Devon Manor House" (sleeps 2) is also available but needs to be booked separately.

You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

A warm welcome awaits. Our guest room with its own entrance overlooks a secluded, rural valley. The room includes a double sleigh bed, tea/coffee facilities, cool box, plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. A farmhouse breakfast with local ingredients and our own sourdough. Perfect for exploring the coast and Dartmoor or delights of Salcombe, Dartmouth & Totnes. A good base for walking the SW coast path. Dinner can be provided.

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

Padstow- 10 minutes walk to harbour!

A pretty double room in a private house in the mid town area. Comfortable King size bed with thick mattress topper, and cotton bedding. Private parking. Easy walk into the old town which is set around the harbour, with access to the beaches. Lovely basket breakfast provided, which you can eat in the bedroom, kitchen or garden, weather permitting. TV , Kettle mini fridge and refreshments in room. Please advise me of any special requirements or requests.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free. The house is set less than a 15 minute walk from the beach and a little further into the town, everything you need for your home away from home. We hope to welcome you soon.
