So close to the water... across the grass verge and you're there...great views of the harbour and a few steps down to the bay. Great place for larger families, sleeps 10 in house, 2 in studio. Note the studio is an extra $150 p/n and is not included in Air BnB price. If also booking cost will be added. Spa. 4 x Kayaks available for guests. Linen is $20 per person or bring your own. Nestled in our native bush gully and overlooking the spring-fed ponds, this is the perfect space to relax. Large queen bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and lounge with double sofa bed, plus portable single folding bed. Sheltered balcony with barbeque overlooking the garden and lakes. Lots of parking and secure storage available.

Just 1.3 km stroll from town and minutes to the water. Our new studio has it all: ensuite with shower/bath, smart TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, and BBQ. Perfect for two, with a sofa bed for extra guests or budget stays. Located beneath our home with private entry — you might hear our young kids (3 & 4) or our friendly lab Max during the day, but evenings are peaceful from 7 pm – 7 am.
