Bienvenue chez vous, que vous soyez une FAMILLE, un couple ou pour venir y travailler en TÉLÉTRAVAIL. Ce chalet complètement équipé saura vous plaire avec ses grandes fenêtres ouvertes sur la nature. Le chalet est près du bâtiment principal où vous pourrez y trouver deux PISCINES CHAUFFÉES (fermée de octobre à mai), un spa, deux SAUNAS et BILLARD. À l'arrière du chalet se trouve le début d'un beau sentier pédestre qui longe un cours d'eau.  À proximité vous pourrez y faire plusieurs activités.

Le condo est notre hommage au Festival d'Été de Québec qui se tient au début juillet de chaque année dans notre belle ville. Il est climatisé et localisé au 6e étage. L'immeuble a été construit en 2022. Il comprend un ascenseur, une salle de gym, un espace lounge. À partir de début juin, vous profiterez de la terrasse sur le toit au 12e étage avec une vue impressionnante de la ville, une piscine (jusqu'au 31 octobre), des espaces de détente, un foyer et des barbecues à votre disposition.
