This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του γραφικού χωριού Πουλίθρων,σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά με μαγευτική θέα,2 χλμ από τα πεντακάθαρα νερά του Μυρτώου.Μέσα σε πλακόστρωτη αυλή με χώρο στάθμευσης και BBQ.Το μπλε της θάλασσας και το πράσινο του βουνού θα διεκδικούν κάθε στιγμή την ματιά σας. Τα βράδια του καλοκαιριού, εκεί σχεδόν πάντα είναι δροσερά λόγω του κατεβατού, όπως το λένε και οι ντόπιοι. Η βεράντα του διαμερίσματος ενδείκνυται για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης.
