This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the timeless hamlet of West Portholland where at low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. A private balcony overlooks the sea and there is ample storage for kayaks.

Treviskey is a quiet hamlet of 13 houses, and a short 10/15minute walk through the fields to the ancient fishing village of Portloe, where you can find our nearest pub and pick up the South West Coastal Path.
