'Wild Pistachio' is a one room house with 2 beds, kitchen facilities for preparing simple food,a bathroom located outside from the main building and a huge garden surrounded by a high stone wall. 2'walk to the sea, 17' walk to town, 25' walk to the port!!

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

The apartment has a magnificent sunset view to Moni Island and Perdika village, which may be admired from its balcony. It is ideal for exploring the island and just a breath away from the best beaches Aegina island offers.

Ανεξάρτητος χώρος 70τμ στον Μεσαγρο Αιγινας κοντά στον Άγιο Νεκτάριο (3,5χμ.) στην παραλία Αγίας Μαρίνας (3χμ) και Βάγιας (3χμ), 10 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι της Αίγινας και 2 χιλιόμετρα από τον αρχαίο Ναό της Αφαίας. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: το περιβάλλον και η τοποθεσία. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρι και για οικογένειες μέχρι 5 άτομα. Υπάρχει χώρος για να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Στο χωριό υπάρχει ταβέρνα, καφενείο μπακάλικο και φούρνος 800-900 μέτρα από το σπίτι.
