This is a lovingly restored 1930s cottage with two led light bay windows and is built out of Rimu with Kauri floors. It has a new Italian kitchen, two new bathrooms and a large north facing deck. Only an half a hour drive Matakana Markets or Mangawhai Heads for a great day out.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
