All Welcome - Ground floor family Studio

This is a bran new property in Pollonia, specially designed for couples, friends and families. The building is located just 50m from the beach (no sea view though), 350m from the shops and restaurants of the village and 200m from the villages playground. Each studio has its one private veranda with outdoor dining area and sofa. We also welcome pets! The listing is from our smallest studio but (based on availability) you might be appointed to any of the other two (which are a bit bigger).

Milos Apartments Kardapis Upper Floor

This is the 1st floor apartment of our beach front house in the former fisherman village, Klima. Get down the stairs and go for a swim. The apartment is ideal for families and friends who wish a peaceful and idyllic vacation by the sea. The apartment is fully equipped to cover all your needs. The house and the surrounding area promise an unforgettable vacation. The house is normally for 5 persons. In case you need accommodation for a 6th person, let us know, so as to make arrangements.

Venia’s superior is a romantic room at the first floor of the building with a double bed, kithen, bathroom and a balcony with a view towards the scenic port of the village. Venia’s guesthouse provides comfort and unforgettable holidays with magestic view to the deepblue waters of aegean sea and it also provides the luxury of the private beach. Also they have flat screen TVS, airconditions, free WI-FI,kitchen with refrigerator,kettle, toaster,coffe maker for espresso and french coffee.

Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

Aphrodite Studio - Cycladic with Elevated Seaview

Aphrodite Studio is part of a traditional Cycladic house with an elevated view of the seaport of Adamas, built by Cretan refugees in 1860. It has since undergone significant improvements, with all modern conveniences such as electricity, running water, a modern-day toilet, and a kitchen. It still maintains its Cycladic character, with high ceilings and a sturdy, wooden roof. It is ideal for 2 people.
